Film Production Incentives in Greece

Since May 2018, a production incentives law is activated in Greece, offering:

Cash Rebate 35% for all production & post production costs spend in Greece.
Unlimited Eligible budgets.
The incentives approval can be used as a bank guarantee, so the producer can get a pre-financing (subject to bank interest) of the granted amount.
Eligible projects : Feature films, scripted TV content, documentaries, animation & video games. No commercial films.
Project approval within 45 days, based on script synopsis, budget estimate and simplified Cultural Test criteria.
Cash Rebate granted in 60 days upon expenses auditing.
